Consultations

  • Dream it

    It all begins with an idea. During your initial consultation, we will discuss your overall vision to include all the specific details customized to fit your personality. From theme, to color palette, to even the feeling. Whether it be rustic, whimsical, or modern classic there is no look we cannot achieve!

  • Build it

    Once we have your vision we select decor that will bring your event to life. This involves creating a custom tablescape that consists of the type of table, chair, linens, and tableware. Tableware includes your choice of chargers, plates, glassware, flatware, and napkins. From there, we can create your inspiration by finding the centerpiece details that will bring it all together. This is one of my favorite parts of the process, as I am sure it will be for you as well!

  • Experience it

    Let us take care of everything! We make sure to handle all the logistics from design to layout, delivery, setup and takedown, vendor communication, customized timeline creations, and full day of coordination. Rest assured you do not have to worry about a thing, sit back, relax or dance the night away! This is your time to enjoy these once in a lifetime moments!

Event Rentals

    Client Pick up/Drop off of rentals items (min $200)

  • Option 2

    Business Delivery of rental items (min $500+ depending on location) plus delivery fee

    We provide the items a day before your event, you provide the setup/ takedown.

  • Option 3

    All inclusive service which includes Rentals, Florals, Photobooth with Business Setup/Takedown and Planning/Coordination

    (Starting at $8,000 weekdays, and $10,000 weekend/holiday/multiple day events).

Floral

  • Custom Fresh Floral

    We create custom fresh floral pieces to go with your overall event design aesthetic and create a cohesive look from centerpieces, arbor, aisle, bouquets and much more.

  • Rental Silk Floral

    Select from pre-arranged floral arrangements in a variety of colors and styles from centerpieces, garlands, arbor swags, bouquets and free standing floor pieces, flower walls and much more.

  • Custom Dried Floral

    We can create a variety of different arrangements of dried floral from floor pieces, arbor swags, centerpieces, and bouquets.

Day of Coordination & Planning

  • Day of Coordination

    This package is ideal for those who have done the hard work of planning their event but would like to sit back and enjoy their day hassle free while the coordinator executes their vision. (Only included as an add on with Event Rentals Option #3)

  • Partial Planning

    For those that enjoy planning the details but would like guidance and assistance. This package can include creating a timeline, vendor recommendations, budget maintenance, layout and design services.

  • Full Planning

    From the initial appointment to the day of your event, complete management of event planning will be provided to you with ongoing support. This is perfect for those that want full assistance in budgeting, venue and vendor selection, venue visit, floor layout and design, menu, place card stationary and signage design, floral design/styling, event timeline, rsvp tracking, wedding website management, scheduled meetings (phone & in-person), and includes Day of Coordination. Starting price does not include Rentals.
